Changes to our shipping terms from 1 November 2026

From 1 November 2026, we are adjusting our shipping terms: the previous free shipping threshold for orders of €500 or more will be discontinued. From then on, shipping costs will be charged for every order, regardless of the order value.

Background
Transport and logistics costs have risen significantly in recent months. A uniform policy gives all our customers clear and equal terms, while ensuring Quad’s reliable delivery performance and service quality.

What does this mean for you?
The new policy applies to all orders received from 1 November 2026. Shipping costs will be clearly stated in the order confirmation. Orders received before this date will still be processed under the previous terms.
