Social Engagement
As a company, we see ourselves not only as a supplier of cash, kiosk and OEM systems, but also as part of the society in which we live and work.
That is why it is important to us to take responsibility where we can make a difference – whether on a small or large scale.
Here is an example of a local project that we have supported as a sponsor for a good cause.
Charity Run
In July 2026, we supported the Goethe-Gymnasium Regensburg charity run as sponsor.
Our participation was inspired by two colleagues from our team whose children attend the school – a wonderful opportunity for us to do some good together.
During the charity run, pupils ran as many laps as possible in Regensburg’s Stadtpark. For every lap completed, we donated a set amount – the proceeds will go towards three social projects:
- Fundación Alegría Ahora (Córdoba, Argentina) – provides children and young people without access to education with a safe and dignified learning environment.
- Leukaemia Aid East Bavaria – supports children and adults with the disease where other funding bodies do not provide sufficient support.&
- Guarabira Children’s Village (Brazil) – provides street children with, amongst other things, a daily breakfast and a safe haven.
In total, our three QUAD pupils ran 33 laps (each 480 metres) and raised €99 in donations! We are delighted to be supporting these important projects through our sponsorship, together with the whole school community.
