ESL Success Case
Sallmann, an Allgäu-based car parts retailer, stocks around 5,000 to 6,000 items at each of its eight branches, and prices change daily. Until now, one person at each branch was solely responsible for printing and replacing paper labels.
Together with euroident, QUAD has introduced ZKONG electronic shelf labels (ESLs) at Sallmann – ranging from compact shelf labels to large-format multi-item displays. Today, prices across all branches are managed centrally from a single PC. The price on the shelf and the price at the till always match, and the team now has more time to spend with customers.
Read the full success story to find out how Sallmann implemented the changeover, what technology is behind it, and how ESL also creates transparency in the warehouse and during order picking.
