All devices with built-in wireless technology imported into the European market from August 1, 2025, must comply with cybersecurity requirements set out in the Radio Equipment Directive. As many Epson products support Bluetooth, LAN, or Wi-Fi as standard or as an option, these printers have been adapted.
Accordingly, you need to take urgent action to update your printer drivers. Please note that the first devices with updated firmware are about to be shipped and will therefore only work if a driver update is performed.
