About EVEX
The European Vending Experience (EVEX) is the flagship event of the European Vending & Coffee Service Association (EVA) and takes place in 2026 in partnership with the Austrian Vending Association (OVV) in Vienna – at the elegant Parkhotel Schönbrunn, located right next to the iconic Schönbrunn Palace.
Over two and a half days, EVEX brings together operators, suppliers and decision-makers from across the European vending and coffee service industry. The programme combines a trade show, conferences, workshops and networking opportunities – including a welcome dinner, two exhibition days, and talks and panel discussions on current industry topics.
When: October 13 – 15, 2026
Whether you want to expand your network, discover new solutions or stay ahead of industry trends – EVEX is the ideal platform.
